Teaching in the Standards-Based Classroom Workshop

Centennial, Colorado | March 11–12, 2025
$769.00

Teaching in the standards-based classroom requires significantly more than simply knowing the standards. This session will present a thoughtful and logical approach to planning for and delivering a high-quality opportunity to learn that increases the potential for students to acquire understanding of the knowledge and skills included in standards. Participants will walk away with information, insights, and ideas as well as a plethora of resources for use in their own classrooms.

  • Review the rationale and processes for prioritizing standards and developing proficiency scales.
  • Learn methods for creating yearlong plans for teaching the standards.
